HCV Core Genotype-1b antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.

HCV NS3 Genotype-1a although stable at 4 °C for 1 week, should be stored below -18 °C.

1.5M urea, 25mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 0.2% Triton-X & 50% Glycerol.

Preparation

The E.coli derived recombinant protein contains the HCV NS3 immunodominant regions, amino acids 1192-1459. The protein is fused to a GST tag at N-Terminus.

Purification

HCV NS3 Genotype-1a protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity:

Protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
