Purification and Storage

Applications Tested
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western blot: Approx 120kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HepG2 (calculated MW of 120kDa according to NP_060469.4). Recommended concentration: 1-3 µg/ml.
