Anti-Ethenoadenosine (Clone : 1G4) - HM5005 |
| Imprimer |
Ethenoadenosine, mAb 1G4 Catalog #: HM5005 Quantity: 100 µg Availability: In stock Description: Ethenoadenosine, mAb 1G4 The reaction of chloroacetaldehyde (CAA) with DNA results in the formation of ethenoadenosine also known as 1,N6-ethenodeoxy-adenosine or etheno-A. CAA is formed through metabolization of for example vinyl chloride, a well established carcinogen. In RNA, after in vitro activation, etheno-A and etheno-C are the principle products of RNA damage. Etheno derivate formation may be highest in single-stranded DNA-regions. The monoclonal antibody 1G4 reacts with both the ribose and deoxyribose form of the adduct. The antibody is not cross reactive with non-modified DNA or the normal nucleotides. Specifications | Catalog number | HM5005 | | Product type | Monoclonal antibodies | | Quantity | 100 µg | | Formulation | 1 ml (100 µg/ml) 0.2 µm filtered antibody solution in PBS, containing 0.02% sodium azide and 0.1% bovine serum albumin. | | Application | Flow cytometry, Frozen sections, Immuno assays, Immuno precipitation, Western blot | | Use | For immunohistology, flow cytometry and Western blotting dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied.
