Specificity and Use
ABCC3 / MRP3 antibody was raised against mRP3.
Recognizes an internal epitope of MRP3, a 190-200kD transmembrane protein that is closely related to the multidrug resistance protein MRP1. Does not cross-react with the human MDR1, MRP1, MRP2 or MRP5 gene products.
Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot and Flow Cytometry. Immunocytochemistry (acetone fixed): 1:20-1:50. Immunohistochemistry (acetone fixed frozen): 1:20. Western Blot: 1:20-1:50.
Packaging
0.7% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
