Specificity and Use Immunogen: PACAP antibody was raised against synthetic PACAP 38, conjugated to BSA. Specificity: Recognizes PACAP 38. Some cross-reactivity with PACAP-27. Species cross-reactivity: human, rat, mouse. Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Immunofluorescence Microscopy (Frozen sections): 1:400-1:800 with overnight incubation at 4?C. Positive control: Stefanini-fixed frozen sections of rat duodenum or hypothalamus.
Packaging Presentation: Lyophilized. Reconstitution: 50 µl Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute in 50-100ul sterile 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Dilute further in PBS, 1% BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Storage: +4°C or -20°C, Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Restrictions: For research use only.
