Universal cDNA is prepared by reverse transcribed BioChain’s Universal RNA by random hexamer or oligo dT primer. Total RNA is isolated by modified guanidine thiocyanate techniques. The Universal cDNA can be used as controls for real time PCR and regular PCR, and also as a gene pools for cloning genes. Description :
Universal RNA lysate is generated form total RNA from whole tissue sources of human, monkey, dog, mouse, and rat. Total RNA was primed by an oligo dT primer or random hexamer and reverse transcribed by MMLV reverse transcriptase.
