Detection of gene or promoter of interest interest in immunoprecipitated chromatin must be empirically determined by the researcher. Quantitative PCR or Southern slot-blot analysis, using promotor-specific primer or probe, is recommended

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
