Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250

Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 is a protein dye most commonly used in electrophoresis like SDS-PAGE. It is more sensitive than Coomassie Brilliant Blue G-250, detecting up to 0.1 µg of protein.

Ultra Pure Grade Coomassie R-250 has a dye content of >90% for efficient staining. For your convenience, Coomassie Brilliant Blue R-250 is also available in an Express Stain that does not require destaining.
