Description
CUSABIO's IGF2 human ELISA kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human IGF2 in multiple samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, urine, and tissue homogenates. This assay uses an antibody specific to human IGF2 coated on a 96-well plate. IGF2 present in a sample is bound to the wells by the immobilized antibody after adding the sample to the wells.
