TNF-RII is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha. The TNF-RII molecule is shown to be responsible for stimulation of activated T-lymphocytes by TNF-alpha.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Immunohistochemistry (frozen): 1:10|Flow Cytometry: 1:10|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
