TNF-RII is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha. The TNF-RII molecule is shown to be responsible for stimulation of activated T-lymphocytes by TNF-alpha.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
