ACCÈS RAPIDE AUX LIENS

1-Palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (POPhtCho), is a phosphatidylcholine, that belongs to a class of phospholipids that are a major component of biological membranes. This compound has been shown to decrease the expression of α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazole propionic acid (AMPA) receptor subunit GluR1 on the plasma membrane of CA1 region of rat hippocampal slices. Experiments have reported that ozonation of POPhtCho produces 1-palmitoyl-2-[8-[3(5-octyl-1,2,4-trioxolan-3-yl)octanoyl]-sn-glycero-3- phosphocholine (PC-Criegee ozonide) and 1-palmitoyl-2-(9-oxononanoyl)-sn-glycero-3- phosphocholine (PC-aldehyde). Both PC-aldehyde and PC-Criegee ozonide have demonstrated the ability to alter the activity of PLA2 in phospholipid choline vesicles via modulation of membrane packing order.
