Accel Retrieval Solution is a revolutionary 3-in-1 pretreatment and antigen retrieval system intended for use in immunohistochemistry

IHC staining of FFPE human tonsil tissue within normal limits using mouse anti-human Ki67 monoclonal antibody and Polink-1 HRP Broad for DAB D11-18. Heat-induced epitope retrieval by Citrate Buffer pH 6.0 (Cat. No.: B05C-100), EDTA Solution pH 8.0 (Cat. No.: <a href = "https://www.origene.com/catalog/assay-kits/ihc-kits-and-reagents/b04c-100-edta-buffer-solution-20x" title="B04C-100" class="">B04C-100</a>), and Accel Retrieval Solution (<a href = "https://www.origene.com/catalog/assay-kits/ihc-kits-and-reagents/b22c-125-accel-retrieval-solution-20x" title="B22C-125" class="">B22C-125</a>) (15-20 minutes at 95 C-100 C). The brown stain indicates positive stain and blue is the counter stain. It is mounted using a permanent Organic mounting medium E37-100.
