Anti-Mouse IL-1a Antibody (ALF-161)

Anti-Mouse IL-1a Antibody (ALF-161) is a monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting mouse IL-1α. It can block IL-1α signaling, thereby inhibiting CD8+ T cell responses and reversing myeloid cell expansion, and can be used in the research of immune diseases and cancer.

In C57BL/6J mice injected with adeno-associated virus ovalbumin (AAV-OVA), Anti-Mouse IL-1a Antibody (ALF-161) (200 μg, intraperitoneal injection, twice weekly for 4 weeks) suppressed CD8+ T cell responses[1].
In wild-type female C57BL/6 mice bearing AT3 tumors, Anti-Mouse IL-1a Antibody (ALF-161) (200 µg, intraperitoneal injection, every 3 days, repeated multiple times) reversed myeloid cell expansion and improved T cell function[2].
