Typical Data

AAM-CYT-1000 was used to profile cytokine and chemokine secretion from primary murine keratinocytes expressing oncogenic Ras, identifying increased CXCL1, CXCL2, CXCL5, CXCL7, CXCL16, CCL2, CCL20, IGFBP-3, MMP-3, and osteopontin associated with immune cell recruitment. Figure adapted from Sakakibara et al., Frontiers in Immunology, 2023.

AAM-CYT-1000 was used to screen cytokines in mouse high– versus low–tumor burden microenvironments, identifying differentially expressed pro-MMP9, bFGF, MMP-2, IGFBP-2, TIMP-2, M-CSF, and PF4 associated with macrophage PD-L1 induction. Figure adapted from Wen et al., Cancer Communications, 2023.

AAM-CYT-1000 was used to profile pancreatic cytokine expression in cerulein-treated KC and KNeC mice, revealing diminished oncogene-induced senescence–associated cytokines in NEMO-deficient pancreata. Figure adapted from Tsesmelis et al., Molecular Cancer, 2024.

AAM-CYT-1000 was used to profile secreted cytokines and growth factors in conditioned media from wild-type and LYST-mutant mouse fibroblasts, identifying reduced MCP-1, IGF-1, and IGFBP-2 secretion associated with impaired wound healing. Figure adapted from Zbinden et al., Wound Repair and Regeneration, 2022.
