Product Data
Recommended Dilution Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:1,000 to 1:2,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Reactivities Mouse
Host Rabbit
Clonality Polyclonal
Immunogen Mouse λ (lambda light chain)
Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti- Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), and anti-Rabbit Serum. Solid phase adsorption(s) against a panel of Mouse IgG kappa, IgM kappa and IgA kappa proteins was performed.
Specificity was confirmed by ELISA. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse or human heavy or light chain isotypes.
Formulation 0.05M Tris Chloride, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.001M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0, with 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.
