Murashige and Skoog Modified Basal Medium (Powder)

Contains the macro- and micronutrients and vitamins as described by Murashige and Skoog (1962) with the following exception: without potassium phosphate monobasic. Also contains (mg/mL): 300 sodium phosphate monobasic, 150 adenine hemisulfate, 1000 casein, and ferric sodium EDTA in place of ferrous sulfate and disodium EDTA.
