Anti-Rabbit IgM (mu) was produced by repeated immunization with rabbit IgM mu heavy chain in goat.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Rabbit IgM and Rabbit Serum. No reaction was observed against Rabbit IgG.

Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Rabbit IgM in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide

Reconstitute in 2 mL of deionized water.

Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Store undiluted. Protect from light.
