Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:2000-1:10000. Use 1 ug of Rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:2000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
