Description - 10×RNase R Buffer, GMP Grade is a matching reaction buffer for RNase R (Cat. No.: GMP-E224). The formulation was 200mM Tris-HCl (pH8.0), 1M KCl, 1mM MgCl2, was used to digest all linear RNA to enrich circular RNA or lariat RNA.
