Epithelial (Human Breast) Serum Free Media (BRFF™ BMZERO)

BRFF-BMZERO™ is a complete serum-free medium designed to grow human breast cells. This SFM was originally used for establishing new epithelial cell lines from explants of human breast tissue and to grow immortalized normal breast cell lines. This medium is a good first choice when switching from serum containing medium to serum free or for the cultivation of primary cultures. For optimum cell attachment, use FNC Coating Mix®.

Ready-to-use with all necessary growth factors. Antibiotic-free.

Test Sample:
0.1ml into each of the following media (in triplicate); Nutrient Broth,
Thioglycollate Medium.

Storage and Stability:
For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt.
