Histone extracts (15 \u03bcg) from HeLa cells were analysed by Western blot using the H3K36me3 Polyclonal Antibody H3K36me3 (bs-51116R) at 1:1,000 dilution in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk.
A Dot Blot analysis was performed to test the cross reactivity of H3K36me3 Polyclonal Antibody(bs-51116R) with peptides containing other H3 and H4 modifications and unmodified sequence. 0.2-100 pmol of peptide containing histone modification were spotted on a membrane. The antibody was used at a dilution of 1:20,000. The result demonstrates high specificity of the antibody for the modification of interest.
