Orange-G Loading Dye with Glycerol 6X

Orange-G Loading Dye is used to visualize moderate to large samples in SDS-PAGE. It contains Glycerol to stabilize the dye and ensure that the DNA fragments sink to the bottom of the gel. Orange-G is a common choice for samples that could be obstructed by other dyes such as Xylene Cyanol and Bromophenol Blue.
