Carrier-free, Human Plasma-Derived Fibronectin for optimal growth of primary cells in serum-free conditions.
- Validated for use in a variety of primary cell attachments
- Supports optimal attachment and growth of human primary cells, including stem/ progenitor cells
- Commonly used as a coating cell culture substrate, typically at 1-5 μg/cm2
- Can be added to the media to support cell spreading at a concentration of 0.5-50 μg/mL

Shelf Life
Unopened PRIME-XV Human Fibronectin is stable for at least 20 months from date of manufacture when stored at or below –20°C in a manual defrost freezer, with or without reconstitution. Can also be stored for up to 6 months at 2 to 8°C under sterile conditions, with or without reconstitution.
