Reconstitution:
Reconstitute with 2.2mll of deionized water. Allow to stand for at least 30 minutes at RT prior to dilution. If needed, centrifurge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilutions daily.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA as a blocking reagent or control for most immunoassay applications. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution:
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with 2ml/10ml of deionized water. Swirl gently and let stand for up to 2 hours at 18-25°C. Centrifuge reconstituted serum to remove any precipitates. . Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
