Description

Precipitating polyclonal sheep antiserum to mouse IgD, Fc specific. In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgD in mouse serum and other body fluids or to determine its concentration. To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of mouse IgD from serum or plasma. This antiserum is not intended for use in non-precipitating antibody- binding or other highly sensitive assays. For such use labelled an unlabelled cytochemical and immunoassay grade reagents meeting the necessary additional specificity an performance requirements are available.
