Cell lines
Human leukemic cell culture
Preparation method
The solubility of this compound in DMSO is soluble. General tips for obtaining a higher concentration: Please warm the tube at 37 ℃ for 10 minutes and/or shake it in the ultrasonic bath for a while. Stock solution can be stored below -20℃ for several months.
Reacting condition
0.63-30 µM
Applications
The results showed that tigecycline had the ability to inhibit mitochondrial translation as it had in vitro and in vivo activity against acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Tigecycline was relatively unstable after reconstruction, and this instability might limit the use of the drug to treat infections in ambulatory infusions and prevent the development of optimal dosage regimens for AML.
Animal models
NOD / SCID mice model of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) xenograft
Dosage form
50mg/kg (i.p.), twice daily for 11 days
Application
Both tigecycline and the new formulation reduced tumor volume and weight with similar efficacy.
Other notes
Please test the solubility of all compounds indoor, and the actual solubility may slightly differ with the theoretical value. This is caused by an experimental system error and it is normal.
