Alvetex® Well Insert Holder is a specialized accessory for 3D cell culture, designed to support long-term cultivation of cells within Alvetex® Scaffold inserts. By accommodating larger culture medium volumes than conventional multiwell plates, it helps maintain stable nutrient availability and reduces media exchange frequency, supporting physiologically relevant 3D tissue models, tissue engineering, cancer research, stem cell research, and regenerative medicine applications. Three-dimensional culture systems have consistently been shown to better preserve native cell morphology, extracellular matrix deposition, cell–cell interactions, and tissue-specific functions than traditional 2D cultures.
