| :: | Intended Use: BSA BLOCK is a specialist ELISA blocking buffer for use in Direct and Indirect (sandwich) ELISA. The buffer is based on BSA and contains a proprietary protein stabilizer, which will create a long-term stable environment for coating antigen or capture antibody, whilst minimising non-specific binding interactions in the assay process. The antimicrobial properties of this buffer allows storage of ELISA plates for up to 6 months at +4oC. BSA BLOCK is recommended for use in ELISAs requiring low to average blocking strength. Preservative: 0.05% - Sodium Azide |
