* Bring the 10x TGFβ Assay Buffer to room temperature and vortex for 15 seconds. Mix 5 mL 10x Buffer with 45 mL ddH20. The 1x TGFβ Assay Buffer can be stored at 2-8 °C for up to 3 months.

Application: Optimal assay components for the AimPlex TGFβ Assay. Applicable to all sample types listed in the assay kits. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex TGFbeta1 Analyte Kit (PN: B111206K) and the AimPlex Basic Kit for Premixed Panels (PN: U100005). Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.
