Fully Automatic Fluorescence In-Situ Hybridization System

The KL-200P Fully Automatic Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization System is an advanced laboratory platform designed to automate fluorescence in situ hybridization procedures for tissue and cell samples.

The system automates the principal stages of the FISH workflow, including sample pretreatment, reagent dispensing, denaturation, hybridization, post-hybridization washing and DAPI counterstaining. By reducing manual handling, the KL-200P helps laboratories improve workflow standardization, reproducibility and operational efficiency.

The instrument can supports both tissue and cell sample processing modes. Its programmable software enables users to select different processing protocols, configure reaction parameters and assign different probes to individual slide positions.

With automated micro- and macro-volume reagent dispensing, coverslip handling, temperature control and real-time process monitoring, the KL-200P provides a comprehensive solution for molecular cytogenetics, pathology, oncology research and clinical diagnostic laboratories.
