The HigherPurity™ Total RNA Extraction Kit provides a fast and efficient method for isolating total RNA from a wide range of sources, including animal cells, tissues, bacteria, yeast, fungi, and paraffin-fixed samples.

Using silica spin column chromatography, the kit avoids toxic phenol/chloroform extraction and delivers up to 60 µg of pure RNA in 30–60 minutes. The obtained RNA is free from contaminants and ready for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, qPCR, Northern blotting, and expression analysis.
