Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% Sodium Azide. Labeled with TRITC.

Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.

Mouse lambda light chain

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum and Mouse Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other Mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.
