Stock solutions can also be prepared at 50-100 µg/mL in sterile buffer (PBS, HPBS, DPBS, or EBSS) containing carrier protein such as 0.2-1% BSA or HSA.
Bio-Activity
Mouse IFN-ß1 induces the production of mouse CCL2 in RAW 264.7 mouse monocyte/macrophage cells in a dose-dependent manner. The ED50 for this effect is 0.9 – 4.5 ng/mL.
Endotoxin
Less than 0.01 ng/µg (determined by LAL method).
Presentation
0.22 µm filtered protein solution in PBS
