    Product Description

    Phosphoglucomutase (PGM) Assay Kit converts G1P to G6P, which is then oxidized by glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase. The formed NADPH is coupled to a formazan chromogen. The increase in absorbance at 460 nm is directly proportional to phosphoglucomutase activity.
