Protocol Outline

- Incubate with Samples and Standards
- Incubate with Biotinylated Detection Antibody Cocktail
- Incubate with Streptavidin-Conjugated Fluorophore
- Analyze with a compatible flow cytometer
- Perform data analysis
Storage/Stability
Upon receipt, the Lyophilized Protein Standard should be stored at -20°C or below. Other components should be stored at 4°C. Use reagents immediately after preparation. Additional vials of the Lyophilized Protein Standard Mix (Item 5) can be purchased separately. If stored at the proper temperature, the kit will retain complete activity for at least 6 months.
