Figure 1 (A) Cell Density & Viability: Sf9 cells expanded from 2.5×10⁶ to 5.95×10⁶ cells/mL (doubling time: 19.2h) prior to infection at MOI 3. Culture viability at study termination was 71.8% (50 mL) and 83.7% (200 mL), reflecting the lytic nature of baculovirus infection.

Figure 1(B): SEAP Expression — Protein yields were equivalent across both culture volumes, rising from ~107 mg/L at 48h to ~179 mg/L at 72 hours post-infection, with successful infection confirmed by an increase in average cell diameter from 16.6 to 19.8 µm.
