HEK|ONE S Chemically Defined Medium for Stable Expression, w/o L-Glutamine
The product HEK|ONE S is the right cultivation and production medium for stable HEK293 cell lines. It supports stable growth of suspension cells at high viability in seed train culture. HEK|ONE S promotes the production of recombinant proteins and antibodies in suspension culture.
HEK|ONE T Chemically Defined Medium for Transient Expression, w/o L-Glutamine
The medium HEK|ONE T was designed for high-density suspension cultures and efficient transfection. Furthermore, it is highly suitable for transient protein expression and viral vector production in HEK293 and other human cell lines. Use the same medium for seeding, transfection and production.
The HEK|ONE feeding supplement is compatible with HEK|ONE S for recombinant protein production in stable cell lines as well as with HEK|ONE T for transient gene expression. This highly concentrated nutrient mixture increases the productivity of HEK293 and other human cells. It supports superior production of recombinant proteins and antibodies in suspension culture by maintaining and extending the production capability of HEK293 cells.
