Mezigdomide is a cereblon E3 ubiquitin ligase modulating agent with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. Mezigdomide specifically binds to cereblon (CRBN), thereby affecting the ubiquitin E3 ligase activity, and targeting certain substrate proteins for ubiquitination.
