Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry: Neat-1:10; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. DO NOT FREEZE! For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
