Descripciòn

Formaldehyde dehydrogenase is a widely occuring enzyme that can catalyze S-hydroxymethylglutathione in the presence of NAD. In Vitro

Instructions
When the product is placed at 37°C for 7 days, the enzyme activity loss is ≤10% (powder), and the activity will be inhibited by N2+, Pd2+, Hg2+, 4-chloromercuric benzoic acid and fluorophenylmethylsulfonyl.
It is easily soluble in water, but the solution is unstable. It is recommended to prepare it for immediate use. The optimum pH is 7.3-7.6. Reversible inactivation occurs when the solution is at pH 5.0, and irreversible inactivation occurs above pH 9.0.

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
