MtSSB BioAssay™ ELISA Kit

The MtSSB Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor MtSSB protein expression profile in cells. It can be used for measuring the relative amounts of MtSSB in cultured cells as well as screening for the effects that various treatments, inhibitors (i.e. siRNA, or chemicals) or activators have on MtSSB.

Storage and Stability:
Store all components at 4°C. Reconstituted *472626F and *472626G are stable for 2 weeks at 4°C.. *472626P should be stored at RT or warmed up to RT if stored at 4ºC. Other components are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
