Description
Rat Primary Dermal Epithelial Cells from Glow Biologics are isolated from skin tissue of 1-day-old laboratory Sprague–Dawley rats. Rat Primary Dermal Epithelial Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flask pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Glow Biologics. Rat Primary Dermal Epithelial Cells can be used for the assay of cell-cell interaction, adhesion, WB, PCR, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, IP, or generating cell derivatives.
