Whole Blood DNA MiniPrep Kit

This product enables the rapid separation and purification of genomic DNA from 200–400 µL of fresh or frozen human or animal whole blood within 15 to 20 minutes, completely without Proteinase K. Blood is lysed using Solution BFL1, followed by Solution BFL2 to precipitate and clear hemoglobin. The genomic DNA in the supernatant is bound to a purification column, washed with Buffer RP and Wash Buffer to remove lingering proteins and PCR inhibitors, and eluted with Elution Buffer for immediate downstream use in molecular biology experiments.
