Description	N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide is utilized in the synthesis of copolymers for the targeted delivery of antileishmanial agents in [Visceral leishmaniasis].
In vivo	N-(2-Hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide copolymer-drug conjugates (5 mg/kg) contains lysosomally degradable side chains and shows significant antileishmanial activity (>99% inhibition) in vivo [1].
