Glucose Assay Kit provides simple, direct measurement of glucose concentrations in various biological samples, including serum, plasma, urine, other body fluid, food, growth medium, etc. In this kit, the improved o-Toluidine method utilizes a specific color reaction with glucose. The absorbance at 630nm is directly proportional to glucose concentration in the sample.

Small volumes of Glucose assay kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
