Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa1-12, ARTKQTAR(AcK)STG-C, where (AcK) denotes acetyl-lysine of human Histone H3, conjugated to KLH. Peptide sequence is identical in a wide range of animal and plant species.

Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500. Detects acetylated histone H3 on 10ug of HEK293 lysates.
Dot Blot: 0.5ug/ml. Detects 50ng of mono-acetylated peptide corresponding to position Lys9 in the N-terminal sequence of Histone H3. Does not detect the mono-acetylated peptide corresponding to acetyl-lysine at position 14 or unacetylated Histone H3.
Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500. Detects acetylated histone H3 on 10ug of HEK293 lysates.
