Product Data
Clone Name NI 330 (HP 6050)
Applications ELISA, IF, IP, WB
Recommended Dilution To identify the presence of IgG3 in human serum, other body fluids, cell and tissue substrates and to determine its concentration in techniques as ELISA, indirect Immunoperoxidase staining of cytoplasmic IgG3, and immunoblotting using a peroxidase labelled monoclonal antibody against FITC.
General Recommended Dilutions:
Histochemical Use: 1/10-1/50
ELISA: from 1/200 upwards
Western blot: from 1/400 upwards
Reactivities Human
Host Mouse
Isotype IgG1
Clonality Monoclonal
Immunogen Highly purified monoclonal IgG3 isolated from pooled human serum.
Specificity The reactivity of the antiserum is restricted to a subclass specific determinant on the F(ab’)2 part of the IgG3 molecule as tested in direct binding enzyme immunoassay, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation and direct immunoperoxidase staining of cytoplasmic Ig.
The antibody does not react with any other component of the human immunoglobulin system or any other human plasma protein as tested. This antiserum has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species.
Formulation PBS, pH 7.2 without preservatives and foreign proteins
Label: FITC
State: Lyophilized purified IgG fraction
Label: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate
Absorption emission: 492 nm / 515 nm
Molar radio: Fluorochrome/IgG ~1.0
Reconstitution Method Restore by adding 0.5 ml sterile distilled water
Concentration 0.4 mg/ml
Conjugation FITC
Storage Store the antibody lyophilized at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer.
Diluted ascites should be stored at 2-8°C, not refrozen, and preferably used the same day.
If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation.
Avoid repeated thawing and freezing.
