PVDF Membrane (0.45 um)
Cat# E-BC-R266-13.25cm×15cm×10
Size : 13.25cm×15cm×10pieces
Marca : Elabscience
Product Introduction | Compared with nitrocellulose membranes, hydrophobic polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes have many advantages, such as good mechanical strength, strong protein retention, low background, extensive solvent compatibility, and excellent coloring ability. The PVDF membrane with a pore size of 0.45 μm can be used for most western blots and is recommended for proteins with molecular weight greater than 20 kDa. |
Applications | WB |
Storage | Store at room temperature for 12 months. |
Shipping | Biological ice pack at 4 ℃ |
Cautions | 1. This kit is for research use only. 2. Please wear gloves to prevent contamination of the PVDF membrane. 3. During the western blot experiment, activate the PVDF membrane by soaking in methanol for 1 min in advance. 4. Do not dry the PVDF membrane during the experiment. |
