The GeneTex SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Nucleocapsid Antibody Titer Assay Kit (Mouse) is an in vitro tool that measures the mouse antibody titer against SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein with the lowest detectable dose concentration of standard nucleocapsid antibody being 6.8 pg/ml (mouse monoclonal antibody).
APPLICATION
Application Note
The suitable sample types include but not limit to purified mouse antibodies and serum. The suggested sample loading amount is 50μl per well. Please see the protocol for detailed procedure.
