sGnRH-A [96497-82-4]

sGnRH-A is a salmon gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) analogue. sGnRH-A stimulates growth hormone secretion. sGnRH-A also can be used as an inducer of ovulation by artificial insemination^[1][2].

sGnRH-A (0.1 nM-1 μM, 24 h) increases GH mRNA levels and stimulates GH secretion in a dose-dependent manner^[1].
sGnRH-A (10 nM, 6 h) induces growth hormone levels nearly 5 times higher than the control in common carp pituitary fragments^[1].
